The above rates are valid from 1st Oct 2023 to 30th jun 2024 and include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a Tea/Coffee session.
Extra Bed(on availability basis): Rs 3000/- per person per night inclusive of all meals and exclusive of all applicable Taxes.
We will be happy to provide airport/ railway station pick-up and drop at additional cost if booked atleast 48 hours prior to check in.
Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full stay amount paid in advance.
Any Extra payments, for extra services used at the Resort, have to be settled directly by the guest before check out by cash or credit/debit cards.
Check-In and Check Out : Standard check-in time is 1.00 pm and check- out time is 11.00 am. Check-in before standard time is subject to cottage availability. Check-in before 9.00 am will be charged as an extra day`s tariff. Late check-out post 4 pm is subject to a late check-out charge of 50% of the existing cottage rate unless discussed otherwise. A full-day charge will be levied for any late check-out after 6.00 pm and is subject to cottage availability.
Reservation Guarantee, Cancellation and No-show Policy :
All cottage reservations will be held until 5.00 pm on the expected arrival date.
Reservation cancellation before 15 days of travel date is subject to no cancellation charges.
15 to 0 days 50% of booking amount would be charged as cancellation charges.
